Launched in 2021, the Yankee Candle Signature Collection introduces a fresh, modern aesthetic designed to attract a younger audience, particularly millennials. Featuring five uniquely crafted vessels and a lineup of 42 fragrances, this collection blends watercolor paintings and sketch elements to create a sophisticated look. A multi-disciplinary team collaborated on every detail—from vessel shapes and label design to fine artwork and technical refinements—ensuring a refined and contemporary candle experience.

This collection launched with 42 fragrances across five vessel types, resulting in 210 unique pieces of artwork. We collaborated with a talented fine artist to create the watercolor paintings and sketched elements that bring each scent to life. I oversaw the development of the artwork and led a team of designers in creating the production files for all labels, ensuring they met label specifications, logistics requirements, and printing techniques. This included working with clear substrates, incorporating foils, and refining every detail for a premium finish.

The Signature Collection expanded beyond the 5 original vessel types to include these “Mini” candles as well which share the same artwork type.
