As the lead designer and brand strategist on this project, I partnered closely with the marketing team to define and implement a refreshed brand strategy that presented a more cohesive, unified Marketlab.
The refresh elevated both internal and external design elements, introducing a modern, consumer-friendly aesthetic that reinforces Marketlab’s identity as a single, trusted brand. My goal was to develop a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints—ensuring clarity, continuity, and stronger brand recognition while also reflecting our commitment to healthcare professionals on a more human level. We wanted to emphasize care and trust, showing that we understand the importance of the work these professionals do and how we can help make their jobs easier.
With a more holistic communication strategy, the updated system also made it easier for customers to explore our full product range, improving their experience and supporting cross-category engagement. Sub-brands are visually supported within the system, but the primary focus remains on reinforcing the Marketlab brand as an efficient, customer-focused partner in the healthcare industry.
As a B2B company, Marketlab needed a clear, effective tool for educating customers about key products. These sell sheets were designed to provide the sales team with a consistent, on-brand resource they can use in medical facilities. Each piece features a bold product image, a clean layout, with a template system—ensuring visual consistency and brand recognition across categories. Sub-brands are incorporated as needed for product clarity.
Tradeshows and conferences are vital for Marketlab, offering essential opportunities to connect with businesses and clinics looking for reliable solutions. As part of our branding strategy, we focus on relating to customers on a more personal level, emphasizing that we care about the well-being of healthcare professionals. Through visuals that include human elements and lifestyle photography, paired with a friendly and approachable tone, we convey our commitment to making their jobs easier. By showcasing the full range of our products and brands, we demonstrate how Marketlab can efficiently outfit an entire clinical facility, providing both reliable solutions and a personal connection with those we serve.
We modernized Marketlab’s corporate communications, including presentations, business cards, and other materials, to create a more cohesive and approachable experience. By adding softer design elements and a more inviting tone, we reinforced Marketlab’s commitment to healthcare professionals and made our communications more accessible, while maintaining a professional and unified brand identity.
As part of Marketlab’s redefined approach, I’ve been working on designs for our expanded social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. With a focus on putting people first, these visuals celebrate healthcare professionals, highlight employee stories, and showcase the wide range of products we offer. By adding a more human touch to our content, we’re making connections that go beyond products and truly resonate with our audience.
Emails are a key communication tool for Marketlab, reaching an email list of approximately 40,000 recipients per email. Using a tracking system to monitor engagement and sales, we’re continuously refining our approach. As part of this, I’ve been focused on optimizing the user experience and elevating the design aesthetic to increase engagement. Additionally, we’re exploring opportunities to promote cross-product merchandising, helping to showcase our extensive product range and encourage more comprehensive purchasing.
For our product-specific advertising, we focus on giving individual products the spotlight they deserve. Through bold visuals and highlighted key features, these campaigns demonstrate the value of incorporating Marketlab products into medical spaces, showcasing how they enhance both functionality and efficiency in healthcare environments.
